Ingredients:
Yerba mate, Cardamom, Fennel, Chamomile, Bay leaves, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Menthol Crystals,
Cinnamon, Mullein,
Lemon, Lime, Orange peel,
Thyme, Rosemary, Clove, Lavender Flowers.
DIRECTIONS for use: Boil water with pot. Add to heat safe bowl or leave in pot. Cover head with towel to ensure no steam escapes. Begin to inhale the steam deeply for 10-15mins, taking breaks as needed. Use until the steam lasts. About two uses out of each steam bag.
