I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:
    1.    I have read the POLICIES – Joire's Spa & Studio
    2.    Any incorrect address can be edited at UPS My Choice.
    3.    I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
    4.    I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
    5.    I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
    6.    I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
    7.    I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler. You can edit/change your delivery details and/or location at UPS My Choice.
    9.    I understand that Joires Spa and Studio is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. 
    10.    I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 
Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive order. Please create an account with UPS My Choice to track your shipment and/or edit your address.
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO. 
 Return Policy
* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed. 
* Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit. 
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 
* Shipping fee must be covered incoming and outgoing by customer for exchanges.
* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
* NO EXCEPTIONS. 
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
 How to Return or Exchange:
1. Information required for Return/Exchange: 
* Company Name
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Style# for Return/Exchange Item
* Quantity for Each Style#
* Reason for Return/Exchange

2. E-mail the above information to
ORDERS@JOIRESSPASTUDIO.COM for your Return/Exchange.

3. Once return authorization is acquired, ship the item(s) to Joire’s Spa and Studio.

4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.
